Rose is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist.

 

With an education from Syracuse University in Health and Exercise Science and Nutrition, and nearly 10 years in the fitness industry, Rose brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to the gym floor.

 

Unlike traditional gyms that are packed with rows of machines and crowded workout floors, Lift for Longevity offers a more focused, personalized approach to fitness. Designed specifically for 40+ adults, Rose emphasizes functional strength, mobility, and long-term health.

In her free time you can find her with her 4 dogs Dixie, Dozer, Dyno and Sullivan. You might even see them at the studio one day! Rose is also a new mom to sweet little boy JJ!

Our small group training sessions combine the energy of a class with the personalized guidance of a private session. With a maximum of 10 people per class, you will receive the customized attention and support you need to move safely and confidently.

 

Each workout is tailored to meet your individual fitness level and goals, ensuring you’re always challenged, but never overwhelmed!
